We are looking for scouts to join Raccoon Scouts

We find people for remote shift work in online entertainment: games and entertainment content. A scout finds such people on social media and passes them to a curator.

What a scout does

Finds peopleLooks on Threads, TikTok and Instagram for people who say they are looking for work and messages each of them personally.
Passes them to a curatorInterested people are passed to a curator, who works with them from there together with the team.
Earns a percentageA percentage of every shift worked by the people the scout brought in personally. Paid by the project from its own funds, weekly.

Terms

  • Nobody pays anything — no fees to join, for training or for accounts. All you need is a phone.
  • We train from scratch: a webinar plus a curator who answers questions. No experience needed.
  • Flexible schedule, you can start with 1 hour a day.
  • Income depends on how many referred people actually work shifts — it is not guaranteed.
  • 18+ only.

  2. We reply with details and introduce you to a curator.
